Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PostingDiva Lisa LeBel (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, services, or content, you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Use of This Website

This website and all content are provided for general informational and promotional purposes.
You agree not to use this website for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities.

2. Services Provided

PostingDiva Lisa LeBel offers:

  • Social media content creation

  • Social media management & scheduling

  • Brand-voice writing

  • Engagement & communication assistance

  • Digital marketing support

  • All services are described in detail on the website or in your custom agreement or invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, branding materials, and access needed to complete services

  • Respond in a timely manner

  • Approve or request revisions within the agreed time frame

  • Secure necessary rights to any content, images, or materials provided to us

  • We are not responsible for delays due to missing or late client information.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, or contract.
Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are due upfront or on the agreed billing cycle

  • Content is due within 15 days from first deposit. Any later may result in termination of project and non-refundable deposits 

  • Late invoices may result in paused work or late fees

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Prices may change at any time with notice, but confirmed contracts will not be affected.

5. Refund Policy

Because our services involve time, strategy, and digital creation, all sales are final.

TIER 1 — Initial Design & Deposit (Non-Refundable)

  • We create and deliver two custom design templates for your review with Tier 1 payment due upon contract agreement. 

  • The customer can choose between the two templates/ add input/ request changes up to 5 times and narrow down exactly what the customer is looking for with regards to their brand. Any additional changes may require a negotiation of pricing. 

  • This deposit is earned and non-refundable, as design work has already been completed.

TIER 2 — Asset Submission & Website Build Process

  • The customer has 15 days (unless otherwise approved in writing) to submit all required materials, including photos, logo files, text, and page content.

  • If information is not received within 15 days—and no extension has been approved—the project will be paused, and additional restart fees may apply.

  • If the project is discontinued at this stage, all created content remains the property of PostingDiva Lisa LeBel.

  • Once all required materials are received, PostingDiva will build the website within 15 days or less and submit it for final approval.

  • Upon approval, the Tier 2 payment becomes due and is considered earned and non-refundable.

TIER 3 — Final Completion, SEO & Launch

  • Tier 3 covers final site completion, including SEO setup if included in the package selected.

  • If additional time is required for completion, PostingDiva will provide bi-weekly updates and status reports until the project is finished.

  • Once the website is approved and ready to go LIVE, the Final Tier payment becomes due.

  • After the final payment is received, the customer owns the website and its content.

  • Tips are appreciated but never required.

  • If the customer has chosen a maintenance package, the service period begins on the official live date of the website.

  • If PostingDiva Lisa LeBel is unable to deliver the service due to internal issues, a partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

6. Content Ownership & Licensing

Unless stated in your contract:

Client-Owned Content:

You own:

  • Photos, videos, and materials you provide

  • Approved final versions of content created for you
     

PostingDiva-Owned Content:

We retain ownership of:

  • Drafts, templates, processes, and proprietary systems

  • Unused concepts and unpublished work

  • You may not claim our work as your own prior to full payment.

7. Social Media Account Access

If you provide access to your accounts, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to do so

  • We are not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions, or lost access

  • You maintain control of all passwords and can revoke access at any time

  • We will never change passwords or alter core settings without permission.

8. Communication & Turnaround Times

Standard communication occurs during business hours.
Turnaround times vary by project and will be provided in your contract.
Rush fees may apply for expedited requests.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostingDiva Lisa LeBel is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Platform issues (algorithm changes, account bans, performance drops)

  • Damages resulting from client decisions or misuse of content

  • Third-party software or scheduling tools

  • Our services are offered “as-is” without guarantee of results.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your information, strategies, or account details with outside parties, except when required by law.

11. Testimonials & Portfolio Use

By working with us, you grant permission to use:

  • Screenshots (with sensitive info removed)

  • Testimonials you voluntarily provide

  • Completed work, unless your contract states otherwise

  • This helps showcase our services to future clients.

12. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and digital materials on this site are owned by PostingDiva Lisa LeBel and protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.

​

13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to end a project or communication if a client becomes abusive, unresponsive, or violates these terms. Completed work up to the termination point will be delivered if paid for.

​

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law.

​

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
